Generic Eric are a Ska/Punk band hailing from sunny Wolverhampton who deliver riff-charged Ska Musak to get the world skanking!!!...

A long time ago when LeeRoy were a lad it were a dream to create a band when he grew up, somewhere around this time he bumped into a nice young man called Ronnie who also shared this dream. Many moon's and drunken nights passed and the dream remained a dream, until one day a music man from far away should so happen to cross their paths he was none other than Uncle Ben. Thus the music began to play like never before and before long songs were popping out of their musical womb faster than a volkswagon on heat. At this time they began combing the universe in search of drummer to bring the right edge to the band, legend told of a bongo player who lived far away in a mythical pub called the ashmore. This was none other than the Bev himself, bringing a ball of energy into the band and kick starting the birth of the ERIC.' Much Gigging and Debauchery continued for what seemed like an age when far in the distance the call of a trombone could be heard...Generic Eric answered to this call, packed their bags and set sail in search of this mysterious calling. After sailing the seven seas they stumbled upon a dangerous rogue by the name of Eddie awash on a desert island...Being the merry bunch that they are they took this rogue as one of their own and thus the four became a five...

This band is generic. It always has been generic.....and always will be generic....generically......
